1. What we sell

We sell digital products such as templates, documents, design files, media and similar downloadable content ("Products"). Products are delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Placing an order

By clicking "Buy now" and completing payment you make an offer to buy the Product at the listed price. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in the currency on the product page; your bank or card issuer may apply conversion fees. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery and access

After payment you are shown a download page and, where we have your email address, sent a link to it. Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 10 downloads. Please save your files promptly. If a link stops working, contact us and we will restore access for a legitimate purchase.

4. Licence

When you buy a Product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, unless the product page states a different licence. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the Product or its files, in whole or in part, or claim it as your own work. All intellectual property remains with us or our licensors.

5. Refunds

Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details, including rights that may apply to consumers in the EU and UK.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, for keeping your download links private, and for making sure a Product suits your needs before buying. Product descriptions, previews and file formats are listed on each product page.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, improve or withdraw Products at any time. Updates to a Product you already bought may be provided at our discretion. We may change these terms by posting a new version here; the version in force when you order applies to that order.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Chargebacks and misuse

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first; we resolve most issues quickly. We may suspend access to Products for accounts that initiate chargebacks on legitimate purchases or that share files in breach of the licence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
